Benefits


                           Fish can benefit our health in many ways.  The biggest way we can be benefited by fish is through catching and eating the fish. This not only keeps our hearts healthy, it can also keep our brains healthy. 

                           Fish produce an oil in their liver that is called Fish oil.  Fish oil comes from the tissue of fatty fish (example: salmon) .  It lowers cholesterol levels in humans if taken and reduces the risk of heart disease. It has also been known to lower blood pressure.
